Best smashburger I've had in the area hands down. Service was seat yourself but very fast and attentive staff. Will definitely be back for more soon! Cheese curds were unique compared to others I've had. Really like the extra little crunch the batter has.
Awesome burger! Great fish fry (lighting didn't do the picture justice). Great addition to the Richfield/Germantown area. Came back for another visit, crowded but bar staff was great while waiting. Got the burger of the month and it was awesome.
I don’t have words for how great our experience was. Service from Morgan, Chloe, Jake, Megan and Flynn was awesome. Facility is crazy clean and food is made front and center. Craft Drinks were stellar!! We tried the Sasquatch, Wilderness, and Backcountry Bloody all were really, really awesome. Draft beer was great. The double Bixenberg burger was LEGIT phenomenal and the house made chips and dip were insane. I watched the potato slices drop into the fryer. Now that’s fresh. This place is going to ratchet from local favorite to regional legend in no time. Our evening was 10 out of 10. We just went from first timers to regulars!! Thank you Team Bix !!! UPDATE EDIT: We’ve been back countless times and couldn’t be happier with the great food and amazing service. Meagan, Chloee, Jake, Flynn, and the rest of the crew are awesome. Today, the very talented Tyler made us their Drunken Lumberjack monthly special and IT WAS AWESOME. I can only hope they release a regular-menu burger with that bacon jam. House-made chips, drinks, burgers, stellar service … Bixenberg’s has it all.
YUM! Found our new go-to spot after mountain biking at Heritage Hills. 🤘 Jalapeno Burger... BLT wrapped in naan... Wrapless chicken kabob... Even fried pickles & our FAVE was the Flammkuchen french onion flatbread!!!! 🤩🤤 So crispy & full of flavor! Everything was fabulous, staff was next level friendly & they even do fun green shots at every Packers touchdown! 🎉🏈 Not to mention GORGEOUS views off the shaded deck with sun sail. 🌄 Check them out! 🙌
This is a great little bar & grill. Stopped here on a whim, and had excellent food. Highly recommend their burgers. Really great and friendly service.
We had the German poutine which was actually very good and fresh - not sure if it’s worth the $18 price though. The beer cheese is great! Burgers are smash burger style and very good. Service was fast and friendly, the place wasn’t super busy or loud which was nice. Great addition to the neighborhood
First visit. I'm from out of town and thought the location was out of the way and surrounded by beautiful country. I had the BixenMack and my friend had the Bixenburger. Quite possibly some of the biggest and best smash burgers anywhere. A decent tap selection is available. Parking is no problem. Seating can be tight during heavy times. You might have to wait. The serving gals were beautiful, fast and friendly. I though it was also a great value. Lots of locals which is always a good sign.
We haven't been here in years... what an improvement! Chloe is a model of hospitality. And their food is very good; Fresh smashed burgers with sides and a nice selection of cold brews on tap. The homemade chips are floured lightly with salt and vinegar. Onion rings are made with thick Spanish onion rings. Are ya hungry yet?
I travel to Milwaukee from Texas every 4 months and i decide to try Bicenberg on a Wednesday. The salt & vinegar chips are the freshes and best textured and flavored chips ive ever had at a restaurant. I got the double Bixenberg burger and it was perfectly made. The bartender was very versatile when it came to the beer recommendations. They nailed it. I would definitely consider eating here if you come to town or live here.
Very happy with our visit here. Food was incredible. Awesome smash burgers and some of the best cheese curds I've had in a while. Nice open space. Good sized bar. Staff was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend
